Privacy e cookie

Ultimo aggiornamento: 8 ottobre 2026

1. Titolare del trattamento

UP COLLECTION DI TORTA FEDERICO E C. S.A.S.
Corso Racconigi 159/D, 10141 Torino (TO) · P.IVA 04924200019
Email: [email protected] · PEC: [email protected] · Tel. 011 331867

2. Quali dati trattiamo

7. I tuoi diritti

15-22 GDPR), scrivendo a [email protected].

Privacy & cookies

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This page explains which personal data are processed when you visit the Up Collection website or contact us, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

UP COLLECTION DI TORTA FEDERICO E C. S.A.S.
Corso Racconigi 159/D, 10141 Turin (TO), Italy · VAT no. 04924200019
Email: [email protected] · PEC: [email protected] · Tel. +39 011 331867

2. What data we process

Browsing data. Like any website, the server hosting it automatically records some technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit, pages requested). These are needed to run the site and keep it secure; we do not use them to identify you.

Data you give us. If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address (and the language you are browsing in). If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we process the data you share (name, phone number, email, message content) only to reply to you.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We do not use your data for profiling and we never sell it.

4. How long we keep data

Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to reply and handle any purchase, and no longer than required by law. Browsing data are kept by the hosting provider according to its own rules. Your newsletter email is kept for as long as you stay subscribed; if you unsubscribe we delete it, except for the minimum needed to make sure we don't email you again.

5. Third-party services

Some features rely on external services, which process data as independent controllers under their own policies:

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union (for example to the United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies

The Up Collection website does not set its own cookies, neither for profiling nor for statistics. For convenience we store a few technical preferences in your browser only: the language you choose (Italian or English), how you like to view the catalogue grid and the items you recently opened (the "Recently viewed" section). This information is never sent to us or to third parties, and you can delete it from your browser settings. As these are technical tools, your consent is not required, which is why the site does not show a cookie banner.

Fonts are hosted on the website itself, with no connection to Google. The Google Maps map does not load until you click "Show map": with that click you choose to open it, and Google may set its own cookies. You can block or delete them from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to [email protected]. If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

8. Changes

We may update this page if the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest update.
